I visited Grand Donut recently. The donuts were decent and the coffee was okay. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was not great. I had questions about ingredients because I avoid alcohol, pork, and certain animal-based products. The employee was unable to answer my questions and said he would let me know next time. He did not seem familiar with the ingredients used in the products. Communication was also difficult because his English was hard to understand, and I felt rushed while trying to ask questions. I understand that language barriers can happen, but I was hoping for more patience and clearer information. I also could not find any ingredient list in the store or on a website. For customers with dietary, allergy, or religious concerns, having ingredient information readily available would be very helpful. Overall, the donuts and coffee were okay, but I hope they improve customer service and ingredient transparency.

Honestly, I’m impressed. The ham and cheese croissants are delicious/perfectly flaky and flavorful. It’s hard to find this kind of quality at such an affordable price. Definitely a hidden gem! Also, a huge thank you for the complimentary mini donuts for my daughter; that kind of hospitality is what makes a place stand out. We’ll definitely be back!

Love Grand Donuts!! The selection is massive. The food is always fresh and so delicious. We always end up buying way more than we intended. 😂 The people here are always so welcoming and kind. We love coming here. Most of the goodies we bought are gone, but here's what hasn't been devoured yet, lol! We also love the buttermilk donuts, blueberry cake donuts, chocolate filled croissants, cinnamon rolls, kolaches, ham & cheese croissants, bacon egg & cheese croissants, apple fritters.... You name it, we've tried it. 😂 It's ALL good. 💜🍩💜

One of my favorite donuts and kolaches place in Round Rock after some local friends recommended it. Was skeptical when they first told me about their boudin kolaches. I like boudin, but never had it in a kolache. I prefer the traditional jalapeno sausage kolaches, but gave it a try. I'm so glad I did as I get it every time I go there now. It has the traditional boudin taste with a good amount of spice and it actually goes well in a kolache. Their jalapeno and plain kolaches are also good. Tried a few of the donuts and the donut holes, but prefer the kolaches.

I was craving some donuts this morning and headed to Grand Donuts off University. The sausage and jalapeño croissant is great and they have a good variety of donuts, like one with fruity pebbles on top. Staff are very friendly. I’d recommend Grand Donuts.
